The Highland-Lowland Fashion Collection

The Intarawut showroom displays a unique collection of fashion, which derives its design inspiration from many disparate sources: from the Japanese couture houses of Issey Miyake, Yoji Yamamoto, and Mitsuhiro Matsuda, to the Southeast Asian highland hand-loom weavers, Hathaithip Intarawut has created a line of soft, yet structured, ready to wear silk, cotton and hemp clothing. In addition, the showroom exhibits a select collection of vintage, one-of-a-kind, indigenous costume pieces from the tribal groups of Southeast Asia and Yunnan Province in China, which typically integrate indigo-dyed cotton or hemp together with hand-loom design elements.
